These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pharcade governing your access to and use of the pharcade platform, including all games, payment services, promotional offers, and related features available at pharcade.biz.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use pharcade. Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination.
All deposits and withdrawals at pharcade are subject to the payment terms in Section 6. Minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash. Withdrawal requests require completed KYC and are subject to processing time and applicable limits.
All bonus offers at pharcade are subject to wagering requirements and eligibility conditions. Abuse of promotional offers — including multi-accounting or exploitation of errors — will result in forfeiture and possible account suspension.

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 By registering an Account on pharcade, accessing the Platform, or using any service provided by pharcade, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with the pharcade Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
2.2 These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pharcade. If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use the pharcade Platform and must immediately cease all access.
2.3 pharcade reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. pharcade will use reasonable efforts to notify Players of material changes via the Platform or by email to the registered account address.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the pharcade Platform. This requirement reflects the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming in the Philippines as established under applicable PAGCOR regulations. pharcade enforces this requirement through mandatory KYC identity verification prior to processing any withdrawal.
3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using pharcade is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. pharcade makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted or prohibited do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
3.3 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on pharcade at any time. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
3.4 Self-Excluded Players. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from pharcade or from any other gambling platform through a self-exclusion program may not register or access an Account during the exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.
4.1 To access real-money games and payment services on pharcade, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
4.2 You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times. pharcade may require re-verification of account details at any time.
4.3 KYC Verification. pharcade is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit government-issued identification documents — such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or national ID — and, where requested, proof of address and source of funds documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframes requested by pharcade may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
4.4 pharcade reserves the right to decline Account registration or close an existing Account without prior notice if false, inaccurate, or misleading information is provided, or if the Player fails to meet eligibility requirements.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pharcade login credentials, including your email address, password, and any Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
5.2 pharcade will not be held liable for any losses, damages, or unauthorized transactions resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. All activities conducted through your Account will be considered authorized by you unless you notify pharcade immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access.
5.3 If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must immediately change your password and contact pharcade support at [email protected]. pharcade may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation upon receipt of such a report.
5.4 pharcade recommends that all Players enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on their Accounts. pharcade will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any messaging platform.
pharcade accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, InstaPay, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash. Deposits are credited to your pharcade wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. pharcade does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in the funds being held pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must have completed KYC verification; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed daily or transaction limits as communicated on the Platform.
pharcade targets processing of GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within fifteen (15) minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) business day. pharcade does not guarantee these timeframes and is not liable for delays caused by payment providers, banking systems, or external factors outside its reasonable control.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and consistent with the KYC documents on file. pharcade reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
All transactions on pharcade are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. USDT transactions are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. pharcade reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ₱200 per month to inactive accounts after this period. Players will be notified by email prior to the application of any inactivity fee. Inactivity fees will not reduce a balance below zero.
7.1 pharcade offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the Platform, which form part of these Terms by reference.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier (e.g., ×20, ×35) will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Only wagers placed with the Bonus Balance or the converted Real Money Balance — as specified — contribute toward wagering requirements.
7.3 pharcade reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a Player's bonus balance, or recover bonus-derived winnings in the event of: (a) suspected abuse or exploitation of promotional mechanics; (b) multi-accounting; (c) use of automated betting systems or software; or (d) any breach of these Terms.
7.4 Players are not entitled to bonuses as of right. pharcade may modify, withdraw, or expire promotional offers at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already accepted an offer and met all applicable conditions.
8.1 All games offered on pharcade operate under the rules published within each game interface or associated game-specific documentation. In the event of any conflict between a game's rules and these Terms, the game rules prevail in relation to the game outcome; these Terms prevail in all other respects.
8.2 All games on pharcade use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited for fairness and randomness. pharcade does not manipulate game outcomes. The house edge applicable to each game is inherent to the game mechanics and disclosed within individual game documentation.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or disconnection during gameplay, pharcade will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager amount will be refunded to the Player's account. pharcade's determination of game outcomes in the event of technical issues is final.
8.4 Players must conduct themselves in a respectful manner on the Platform at all times. Abusive, threatening, or offensive behavior toward pharcade staff, live dealers, or other players is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on pharcade and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and possible reporting to relevant authorities:
10.1 All content, materials, software, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, game assets, and other intellectual property displayed on the pharcade Platform are the property of pharcade or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal entertainment and in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pharcade or the relevant rights holder.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pharcade and its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (c) damages arising from your inability to access or use the Platform; or (d) damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account.
11.2 pharcade's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or connected with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable Philippine law.
11.4 The pharcade Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pharcade makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may cause temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features; pharcade will use reasonable efforts to minimize disruption.
12.1 pharcade is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing gambling-related harm. All Players are strongly encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, and self-exclusion.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude from pharcade may do so through the Responsible Gaming section of their Account dashboard or by contacting support at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Player may not register a new account or access the Platform. pharcade will use reasonable technical measures to enforce self-exclusion but cannot guarantee that all access will be prevented.
12.3 pharcade is not responsible for the actions of any Player who provides false information during registration to circumvent age restrictions or self-exclusion measures. Any Player found to have done so will be permanently banned and all funds forfeited.

12.5 Underage Gambling. pharcade takes the prevention of underage gambling seriously. Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and net deposits (excluding any winnings) returned to the payment source where practicable. pharcade reserves the right to retain any winnings accrued by an underage Player.
13.1 pharcade reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons: (a) breach of these Terms or any applicable law; (b) suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; (d) providing false registration information; (e) multi-accounting; or (f) any other conduct that pharcade reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, other Players, or pharcade's legitimate business interests.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than breach of these Terms by the Player, pharcade will refund the Player's verified Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) to the payment method on file, subject to KYC completion and applicable withdrawal processing times.
13.3 Where an Account is suspended or terminated due to breach of these Terms, pharcade reserves the right to forfeit all balances — including Real Money Balance — pending investigation and resolution. pharcade will notify the Player of the reason for forfeiture and provide an opportunity to respond, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.
13.4 Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to resolution of any pending transactions or outstanding wagering requirements.
14.1 pharcade may update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pharcade will provide reasonable notice to Players by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the registered email address on the Account.
14.2 The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. Continued use of the pharcade Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
15.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and pharcade, the Player is encouraged to first contact pharcade's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pharcade is committed to resolving Player complaints promptly and in good faith.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause shall limit pharcade's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
